WHEN WILL MY ITEMS BE DELIVERED?

Your order will be despatched within 1 working day. Following confirmation of your order you will receive confirmation of your tracking number. Delivery is only available in courier areas and is subject to stock availability. All items remain our property until full payment has been received.


WILL ALL MY ITEMS BE DELIVERED TOGETHER?

In most cases your whole order will be delivered at the same time. The following exceptions apply: Delayed items will be despatched as soon as stock becomes available. You can track the progress of your order by the reference number provided.


DO YOU DELIVER OVERSEAS?

Yes, we currently offer worldwide delivery for a nominal amount of £6.50. You can track the progress of your order by the reference number provided. All orders are shipped from the UK. Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary by country. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs office.

HOW DO I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

In order to exchange an item you will need to return the original item in its original packaging with all tags in tact & re-order the item you require in a different size or colour. Please note that some items are non-refundable & if we find the items have been worn or damaged we will refuse a refund.
